To begin with, he was far from impressed. Remember, Sabre is my ultimate Baby Boy. He believed this to be his universal right and took to Pixels much like an ostrich takes to flying.
Of late, however, I see even his resilience has crumbled.

We are working on this in our house. Jake (the old cat) is not enamored of the new kitty who forgets that she is not univerally adored and attempts to jump on him. However, it’s getting better. It’s only been a week and we haven’t had a major hissy fit in about 22 hours! The other two either tentatively try to play with her or at least give her a good sniff.
A week is no time at all when it comes to introducing cats to each other. Generally you’d need to keep them apart for about 2 weeks, just letting them smell each other through the door way, before trying the intros. Cats certainly teach us patience. Try to take it too fast and they’ll be sure to let you know. 22 hrs with no hissy fit sounds pretty good under the circumstances

There really is nothing better than a cuddly curl up! Sadly in our house in generally ends up in a bit of a dust up 😦
Glad to say that “dust ups” are pretty rare here. They all get on so well (cats, dogs, you name it). Takes time with the cats though. They certainly teach us patience.

Oh I recon these two will stay great mates forever. Pixels has a way about her that makes it almost impossible for any creature to resist. Sabre, of course, has always been a love bug (except when he’s out in the wild, conquering the world, like all boys feel they should).
